We are located at 22120 147th Ave. It is a long street and we are just one of the addresses along this stretch. The area feels very industrial and is often quite busy with vehicles going back and forth. Our building is pretty plain from the outside, just a door and a sign. We do various services here that involve a lot of logistics and handling of items. Every morning, we check the schedule to see what needs to be handled first. There is usually a lot of stuff piled up that needs to be sorted through. We use a lot of tape and boxes and crates. The guys working here are used to the heavy lifting. It gets noisy when the planes go overhead because we are not too far from the flight paths. The office is just a couple of desks with computers and a printer that jams way too often. We spend a lot of time on the phone or responding to emails about where things are. It is not a glamorous job, but it is necessary. Sometimes the weather makes it hard to load the trucks, especially when it rains or gets icy on the pavement. We just bundle up and keep moving. We have some regular customers who have been using us for a long time, so we know what they expect without them having to say much. Most of us have been working on this street for years and we know the shortcuts to avoid the traffic.
