Balaji Infosys

Balaji Infosys is on the main road at F39, inside Minakshi Tower in the Belan Ganj area. Agra 282004 is a busy place, and being right on the main road means there is always something going on outside. The tower itself is a well-known building, so most people don't have a hard time finding us. We are up on one of the floors, and you can hear the horns from the traffic all day long. Inside the office, we have our computer setups and some chairs for people to sit while they wait. The floor is tiled and we try to keep it clean, though the dust from the road always finds a way in. We deal with various technical tasks and paperwork here. It’s not a very big space, but we have managed to fit everything we need into the rooms. There’s a small corner where we keep the water cooler and some plastic cups. Most of our day is spent looking at screens or talking to people who walk in from Belan Ganj with questions. We don’t have a big staff, just a few of us who know the work. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, which is just part of living in this city. It’s a practical workspace where we get the jobs done. No fancy decorations, just the machines and the people using them.
