You can find Baba Caterers & Event Service down in the lower ground floor at Lg 8, Shrinath Complex. We are in the Madia Katra area of Agra, right near Neeraj Dairy. Being in the basement means it stays a bit cooler during the hot Agra summers, which we appreciate. The complex is usually busy, and there’s always the smell of milk and sweets from the dairy nearby. Our space is mostly taken up by large cooking pots, burners, and crates of plates. It is a working kitchen environment, so it’s not always the tidiest place in the world. There’s usually a lot of clanging and the sound of people talking. We have a small area with a table where we do the planning and take down orders. Most of the time we are busy prepping ingredients or cleaning up after an event. It’s hard work and involves a lot of standing around.
