Maven Events & Promotions

Our spot is in the India Tower over at Sanjay Place. We are on the second floor, specifically 2/15, near the shoe market and the electricity board. It is a very busy part of Agra, and there is always something going on outside our windows. Inside, it is usually a bit chaotic because of the nature of event work. We have posters, flyers, and promotional gear tucked away in every available corner. We spend most of our time on the phone or sitting at the computer trying to coordinate schedules. It is a lot of back-and-forth with different people. Being near the electricity board means we don't have many excuses for power issues, though it still happens. We have a small team and we all know each other well. There is no formal dress code or anything like that. We are usually just trying to stay on top of the next promotion. Some days are longer than others, especially when we have an event starting the next morning. We deal with all sorts of local businesses and people. It’s the kind of environment where you have to be ready for things to change at the last minute. We don't offer any grand promises, we just put in the hours to make sure things go according to plan. It's a bit of a grind but it's what we do.
