Avika

Our shop, Avika, is located at Shop 5 in the Radhika Complex. We’re on the Kendriya Hindi Sansthan Road in the Khandari area of Agra. It’s a decent spot, and the complex usually has a bit of activity going on. We aren't a massive showroom, just a comfortable space where we display what we have. The road outside can get quite busy with students and people heading towards the institute. We spend a lot of our time arranging the items on the hangers or shelves to make sure everything looks alright. The lighting in the shop is okay, but we sometimes open the door wide to let in more natural light. It’s a bit of a walk from the main highway, but people find us. We keep a small chair tucked in the corner for when the feet start to ache. The walls are a simple off-white, and we have a few mirrors around. It’s mostly just us here, handling the daily chores of running a small business in Agra. We see a lot of people who are just passing through the complex and decide to pop in. We don't go in for big sales pitches or anything like that. We just show people what we've got and let them decide. It's a quiet kind of life compared to the busier parts of the city near the monuments. We like it here in Khandari. Sometimes we share tea with the other shop owners when things are slow.
