Kamla Nagar is famous for its markets, so there’s always a lot of foot traffic and people looking for things. Our shop is just one of many, but we’ve been here long enough that people recognize the name. It’s a small space, mostly packed with whatever we’re working on that week. We don’t have much room for a fancy lounge or anything; every square inch is used for storage or work. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with all the noise from the street coming inside, but you stop noticing it after a while. We spend a lot of time on our feet, moving things around and checking the quality of the items. It’s honest work, and it keeps us busy from morning until night. We usually have tea delivered from the stall around the corner a couple of times a day. It’s a little chaotic, especially during the festival seasons when everyone is out shopping in Kamla Nagar. We just try to keep up with everything and make sure the place doesn't get too cluttered. It’s a typical local business, run by people who live and work right here in the neighborhood. We don't try to be something we're not. It’s just us doing our daily work at E-387.
