Anoop Gupta

My name is Anoop Gupta and you can find me over at 16/114 in Shah Ganj. Specifically, we are in the Ladil Katra section. It is a busy part of Agra, and honestly, the traffic near 282010 can be a real headache some days. I’ve spent a lot of my life around these streets, so it felt right to set up my work here. The office is tucked away a bit, so you have to look for the number 114 to find us. It’s a modest place, just a few rooms and some chairs for people to sit while we talk things through. We don't have a big receptionist or those electronic screens you see in the newer parts of town. Usually, it is just me or one of the guys handling the doors. People stop by, sometimes they stay for a chat, and other times they just drop off what they need to. It’s a practical way to run a business. I don’t believe in making things more complicated than they have to be. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but the work gets done and that is what actually matters to the people who come here. Living and working in Shah Ganj means you see the same faces every day, and I like that familiarity. It feels like a community where everyone just gets on with their tasks. It's a simple life.
