Alfa Knitting Inc.

I spend most of my time at F-25 in Professor Colony. It is a quiet enough spot in Kamla Nagar, but the knitting machines at Alfa Knitting Inc. keep things pretty noisy during the day. We have been here for a while now. Some days the yarn gets tangled or the power goes out, and we just have to sit there and wait for things to start up again. It is not some fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It is just a place where we get the work done. I usually get in early to open the shutters. The neighbors know us by the sound of the machines. There are piles of sweaters and fabric samples stacked on the wooden tables. Sometimes the dust from the wool gets a bit much, but you get used to it after a week or two. We do not really do big meetings. Usually, it is just someone shouting over the noise to get a cup of tea or asking about a specific order that needs to go out. The building itself is older, and the stairs are a bit steep if you are carrying a heavy load. We try to keep things organized, but when it is busy, things just end up wherever there is space. It is a simple setup. Kamla Nagar has changed over the years, more shops popping up nearby, but we just keep doing what we do at our spot. It is hard work, but it is what we know.
