We are over in New Agra, at B 108. The name on the door says Airgo Aviation and Hospitality Academy. It is a bit of a long name for a place that feels quite like a home-grown setup. We have been working out of this spot for some time now. The idea is simple. Lots of young people in Agra want to work in hotels or fly in planes, but they do not know how to start. We have some space here where we teach the basics of how to handle passengers and how to behave in a professional hospitality setting. Agra is a big tourist city, so there is always a need for people who know how to talk to guests. We are not some giant international chain. We are just local people who know the industry. Our classrooms are basic but they do the job. You will find us near the main parts of New Agra, so it is easy to reach by local transport. We spend our days going over things like grooming, communication, and how to stay calm when a customer is unhappy. It is practical stuff. We do not use big textbooks mostly. It is more about practicing and getting it right. The atmosphere is friendly and we all know each other by name. It is a small community here at B 108. We often have tea together and talk about how the training is going for everyone.
