We are over at Plot No. 229 in the Shastripuram area of Sikandra. It’s quite close to the Delhi Public School, so there are always lots of buses and parents around during the day. We focus on publishing, which means our space is usually overflowing with stacks of paper, proofs, and newly printed books. It’s a bit of a dusty environment because of all the paper handling, but we don't mind it much. We started this small press because we wanted to be involved in the local educational scene. It’s just a few of us working on the layouts and getting everything ready for the printers. Sometimes the machines act up, and we have to spend hours trying to fix a paper jam or an ink issue. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just focus on getting the books out to the schools and shops that need them. The office is a bit cluttered with old manuscripts and sample copies. We usually have the radio playing in the background while we work. It’s a steady job, and we like being part of the Shastripuram community. Most people find us by looking for the DPS landmark. We are just a local bunch trying to make sure the work gets done right and on time. It’s nothing spectacular, just a honest day’s work in the printing business and we're okay with that.
