Since we are a producer company, our whole focus is on working alongside farmers and producers. Our office in the flat is where we handle the organization part of it. It’s a regular residential building, so it doesn’t look like a business from the outside. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of tea being made. We like being in Raja Mandi because it’s easy for people to get to us. Agra is a busy city, but there is so much farming in the outskirts of Uttar Pradesh that we always have plenty to do. We don't have any corporate slogans or big mission statements on the walls. We just have a lot of charts about crop cycles and lists of producers we work with. Sometimes the meetings go on for a long time as we try to sort out the logistics for everyone. It can get loud when everyone is talking at once, but that's how we get things decided. We aren't trying to be fancy. We’re just a group of people working together to make the producer side of things run a bit smoother for everyone involved.
