Kruthikasri Travels

We run Kruthikasri Travels from our house at Hno. 1-59 in Bhagyanagar. Living and working in the same spot in Nirmal means the phone can ring at any hour of the day. Usually, it is someone asking about a bus to the city or wanting to book a car for a wedding. We have a few drivers who come by early in the morning to pick up the keys. You can hear them talking outside while the sun is just coming up. The roads around here can be a bit rough, so we spend a lot of time worrying about tires and oil changes. We keep a big logbook on the desk to track where every vehicle is. Sometimes a driver gets a flat tire and we have to figure out a way to help them from here. It is a lot of logistics and talking on the mobile. We are not a big corporate office with fancy computers. It is just us and a few maps and the contact numbers for all the regular passengers. People in the village know us by name, so they just walk up to the door to ask for a seat. We try to keep the cars clean, though the red dust from the Nirmal roads gets everywhere. It is a busy life, always thinking about the next trip and making sure the fuel tanks are full. We have been doing this for several years and the routine is the same.
