Setting up Lucy Lashya Travels here in Postal Colony was a practical choice since Hanamkonda is always moving. Our spot at 1-9-839 in Subedari is usually where you’ll find me checking the oil or cleaning the floor mats in the cars. I spend a lot of my time on the phone talking to folks who need to get to the station or maybe a wedding in another town. It’s not always easy keeping up with the traffic around here, especially during the morning rush. The cars aren't brand new luxury limos, but they are clean and they run well, which is what matters when you have a long drive ahead. I try to keep everything organized, but sometimes the schedules get a bit messy when a train is late or a road is blocked. That’s just life in the travel business. We know all the shortcuts around the Subedari area and further out too. My family helps out sometimes with the bookings when things get really busy. We don’t have a big office with glass windows, just a small place where people can come and talk about where they need to go. Most people in the colony know us by now. We just want to make sure people get where they’re going without too much fuss or waiting around. It's a lot of driving and a lot of tea at roadside stalls, but it's okay for us.
