Shreenathji Chemical Industries

You can find Shreenathji Chemical Industries over at Plot No. C-1-b/109 in Phase-1 of the Gidc. We've been in this part of the industrial estate for quite some time now, and we've seen the whole area change around us. It's a noisy neighborhood with all the factories and heavy machinery around, but that’s just how life in Gidc goes. Our building is a standard industrial shed with high ceilings and a lot of echo. Inside, it’s mostly tanks and mixing equipment that we've maintained ourselves over the years. We don’t have a flashy storefront or a lobby. If you walk in, you’ll probably see a few of us in work clothes moving drums around or checking the meters. The office is just a small room at the front with a couple of old desks and a filing cabinet that’s seen better days and doesn't always close right. We do our own loading and unloading most of the time because it's just faster that way. It’s practical, hands-on work. Phase-1 is easy to get to from the main road, though traffic can be a real mess during the shift changes in the afternoon. We try to keep the place tidy, but when you're working with chemicals, there's always a spill or some dust to clean up. There’s no big corporate ladder here, just a handful of people who know the routine and get the job done. We've seen a lot of businesses come and go, but we’re still here at 109.
