Jagson Industries

Jagson Industries is located at Plot No. 264/1 in Phase-2. It’s a straightforward kind of place. We don't have a big reception area with plants or anything like that; you just walk in and you're pretty much where the work happens. Being in Phase-2 means we are surrounded by other shops and factories, so there is a constant background noise of grinding and hammering from the neighbors. We’ve been at 264/1 for a while, and the building shows a bit of its age, but everything inside works exactly like it should. The crew at Jagson Industries is a small group, and we mostly look out for each other. There is no corporate ladder here, just people who know how to handle the equipment and aren't afraid to get their hands dirty. We deal with the heat in the summer and the leaks in the roof when the monsoon hits, just like everyone else on this street. We don't spend time on long emails or planning retreats. Most of our planning happens over a quick chat near the main door. It’s a practical way to run things. We focus on the orders we have and making sure they get out the door on time. If you come by Jagson Industries, you’ll likely find us in the middle of a task, maybe a bit covered in dust, but always focused on the job. It’s just how we operate here in Phase-2, keeping it simple and steady.
