Matangi Industries Limited Liability Partnership

Our workshop is located right on Plot No. 28 in Phase-1 of the GIDC area in Vatva. Matangi Industries Limited Liability Partnership is basically a group of us who have been doing this for a long time. It’s an industrial area, so it’s always noisy and dusty around here. We don't mind it much. It’s the sound of work getting done. We focus on the industrial side of things, dealing with materials and production every single day. The shed isn't anything special to look at, but it’s sturdy and it keeps the rain off the machines. Most mornings start with a quick check of what needs to go out. We don't really do the whole corporate office thing. It’s more about getting the hands dirty and making sure the orders are correct. Vatva is a busy place, and being in Phase-1 means there is always a truck or a tempo blocking the road somewhere nearby. You get used to it after a few years. We keep our tools in order and try to stay on top of the schedule. Sometimes we fall behind when a machine acts up, but we fix it ourselves. It's a straightforward setup. No big speeches or fancy logos on the walls. Just some desks, some equipment, and a few people who know their jobs. We've been in this spot for quite a bit now and it feels like home to us. It gets really hot in the summer, but the tea stall nearby helps.
