Established in 2003 , it has earned reputation as quality producer and name has been changed to Amylodex Pvt.Ltd. in Jan 2014. With current production of above 900 Tons per month, it is one of the largest manufacturers of Starch Adhesives in India.
Manufacturing plants are located in the Maize Starch producing area of Hyderabad , Nizamabad. We are able to secure quality raw material at lower cost and offer good products at a reasonable price. Owing to the equidistance from most consuming centers in the country we are able to serve customers with minimum lead time. Innovative solutions to bonding problems have earned many customers across the country. Apart from Corrugation industry our products find application in Paper Core / Tube winding, Multiwall Paper Sack, Foundry, Oil Drilling, Textiles and Paper. Products are exported to the Middle East, Europe and Far East. New product development and optimizing of product properties are carried out with assistance from European experts and Universities. Combined Manufacturing capacity of Hyderabad (3 units) & Nizamabad units is 2000 tons per month. Production capabilities include Cross linking,Acid Hydrolysis, Twin Extrusion , Agglomeration, size reduction ,and general blending equipment.
