Our place at Plot No. 865-02 in the Gidc is where all the engineering happens. Sigmaflex Engg. Pvt. Ltd. might sound like a big name, but we are just a group of people who enjoy solving technical problems. The Gidc area is always full of activity, and our plot is no different. We spend a lot of time looking at drawings and working with the machines. It is not always a smooth process. Sometimes a machine breaks down or a part doesn't fit right, and we have to figure it out on the fly. That is just part of being an engineering firm. We have some heavy equipment inside the building, so it can get a bit cramped. We try to keep things organized at Plot 865-02, but when you are busy, stuff tends to pile up. The air is often thick with the smell of oil and metal. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. We just rely on the work we’ve done before. Most of our day is spent on the shop floor, not in some fancy meeting room. We drink tea, talk about the projects, and try to get everything finished on time. It is a simple life in the industrial zone. We are just glad to have a steady stream of work coming through our doors at Sigmaflex. We keep the machines running and the floors swept.
