Ankit Biscuits Pvt. Ltd.

We are based over at 7-4-112/A on Madhuban Colony Road, right in the Kattedan Rajendranagar area. It’s a busy spot, especially with all the trucks moving around in this part of town. Ankit Biscuits Pvt. Ltd. is basically where we spend most of our daylight hours. You can usually smell what’s going on before you even walk through the gates. The ovens stay pretty hot all day, which isn’t great in the summer, but we’ve gotten used to the heat by now. The floor is always covered in a bit of flour or sugar, no matter how much we sweep it up. We have a crew that’s been with us for years, and we all know our roles without having to talk much. Some people are on the mixing side, others are watching the conveyor belts. It gets loud when the machines are all running at once. We take our breaks together in the small room out back. Sometimes the supply trucks are late because of the traffic on the main road, but that’s just how it goes here. We don't have any flashy offices or big signs. It’s just a factory where we work hard and go home tired. The colony road gets really dusty in the afternoon, so we try to keep the doors shut when the wind picks up. We focus on the dough and the baking, making sure the batches go out when they should.
