Shreeji Dye Chem Industries

Shreeji Dye Chem Industries is tucked away at Plot No. C-6827. If you walked in today, you’d see a lot of blue and red stains on the concrete floor. That’s just how it is when you work with dyes all day long. We don’t have any fancy office furniture or air conditioning in the main area. It’s just us and the mixers and the bags of raw material. We started small and stayed that way because it’s easier to manage things ourselves. My cousin and a few local guys handle the heavy stuff. We don't have a marketing department telling us what to say to people. We just tell them what we have in stock and when it will be ready. The sun hits the metal walls in the afternoon and it gets pretty warm inside, so we take breaks under the tree near the entrance. Sometimes the deliveries are late because the roads in this part of the estate are narrow and get blocked by big trailers. We don't let it bother us too much. We’ve been in this spot long enough to know how to deal with the little problems that pop up every day. It’s just a regular workplace where we get our hands dirty and try to do a decent job for the people who buy from us. There are no corporate slogans here, just a lot of hard work and regular hours.
