Adarsh Dye Chem

If you come down to Plot No. A1-3621, you'll find us pretty easily. Adarsh Dye Chem is tucked into the middle of the GIDC, and it usually smells like whatever we're mixing that day. It's not a bad smell, just part of the work. We deal with dyes and chemicals, so there are always drums stacked up near the entrance. The floor is usually a bit stained from years of spills, no matter how much we scrub it. It gets really hot in here during the summer months, so we keep the big fans running all day long. The noise of the mixers is just something you get used to after a week or two. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone sitting in a suit. Most of us are wearing old clothes that we don't mind getting dirty. There’s a lot of paperwork to keep track of, but the real work happens in the vats. Sometimes the supply of raw materials gets stuck in traffic, and we end up sitting around waiting for a bit. We try to keep things organized, but in a place like this, there’s always a bit of mess. It's just the way things go when you're busy. We’ve been at this for years, and we just keep the machines running until the job is finished. There isn't much more to tell about a place like this.
