Shiv Shakti Computer & Communication is easy to find if you know where the Zamindara Petrol Pump is. We are right opposite that, near Gaba Hospital in Jagadhri. The road out front is usually very busy with cars and trucks going by, so there is always a bit of dust in the air. We handle a mix of things here, not just computers but also mobile communication stuff. It’s a handy spot because people waiting at the hospital or filling up their tanks often stop by to ask questions about their phones or get a quick fix for a laptop. The shop has been here for a good amount of time, and we’ve seen the area change a lot. Inside, we have a glass counter where we keep some cables and accessories. The back area is where the real work happens on the workbenches. It’s a bit cramped back there with all the tools and soldering irons, but it's where we feel most comfortable. We don't use any fancy management systems, just a pen and paper to keep track of the jobs. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, which is a bit of a pain, but we just wait it out and get back to work once it's back. Jagadhri is a good place to be, and being near the hospital means we meet all sorts of different people every single day. We just take things as they come.
