3 Gen Computers

Our shop is over in Village Sasouli, near the Jagadhri Work Shop post office in Yamuna Nagar. It’s a bit out of the main city center, but people around here know where to find us. We called it 3 Gen Computers because there is a sense of sticking around for a long time. We handle all sorts of computer problems, from broken screens to slow software. The space is filled with spare parts, old monitors, and coils of yellow ethernet cables. It’s definitely not a shiny showroom. We usually have a screwdriver in hand and a cup of tea sitting on the workbench. Yamuna Nagar can get quite hot, so we have a fan that runs all day long. Local students and office workers come by when their laptops stop working. We don't have a fancy website or a big sign. Most people just walk in because their neighbor told them we could fix things. Sometimes a repair takes longer than we thought, and we have to tell the customer to come back tomorrow. It’s just honest work. We spend a lot of time staring at motherboards and trying to figure out what went wrong. It gets a bit messy with all the screws and tools lying around, but we know where everything is. We’ve been part of the Sasouli community for a while now.
