Chachhrauli Farmer Producer Companylimited is based right here in the village. If you look at the land records, we are at Khewat No 707 and Khasra No 25. Specifically Kila No 19. It’s a very rural way to describe an address, but that’s how it is here. We are a company of farmers. We spend our lives working the soil in Chhachhrauli. We don't have a big glass building or anything like that. Our office is basically the fields and a small room where we keep our tools and some files. It’s a lot of physical labor and we don’t mind it. We aren't interested in marketing or sounding important. We just want to work our land and get our products to the market. The specific numbers like 668 and 707 are important for the government, but for us, it’s just the place where we work every day. We’ve seen many seasons come and go. Sometimes it’s tough when the weather doesn't go our way. We don't have a polished image. We have dirt on our clothes and hands. It is an honest way to live. We are just a group of people from Chhachhrauli trying to make things a little better for ourselves. It’s as simple as that. There are no fancy mission statements here, just a lot of sweat and hope for a decent harvest at the end of the season.
