Rapidex Enterprises

Rapidex Enterprises is situated at No.45 in the Industrial Estate. It is one of those places where you can hear the constant hum of work as soon as you turn the corner. Our unit is not the biggest one on the block, but it fits everything we need to get through the day. The floor is solid concrete and has some deep oil stains that will probably never come out, no matter how much we scrub them. We spend most of our time out on the main floor rather than hiding in the office. It is better that way because you can see what is actually happening with the inventory. The air inside is always a bit heavy with the smell of metal and packing materials. We have a couple of regular delivery drivers who stop by every afternoon, and we usually have a quick chat about the weather while they load up their vans. The metal gate at No.45 squeaks every single time someone opens it, which lets us know we have company arriving. It is a bit of a walk from the main bus stop, so it is mostly just us and the other businesses back here in this section. We do not bother with much polish or fancy signs. Most of the guys here have been working together for a long time, so we have our own way of doing things. It is not always pretty, but we just keep at it until the sun goes down.
