Down in Kharagpur, over at West Bengal 721301, we’ve got our setup with Mr. Saikat. It’s a small operation but we keep our heads down and work hard. Finding a job these days is tough, and finding the right person for a job is even tougher. We spend a lot of time on the phone and looking at resumes that people send over. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just some desks and computers and a lot of coffee cups. We help people from all over the area try to find something that fits what they can do. It’s rewarding when someone gets a call back, but it takes a lot of effort to get there. We don't use fancy software that does everything for us; we actually read the stuff people write. Sometimes we have to tell people their expectations are a bit high, and other times we find a hidden gem of a job that nobody knew about. Being in Kharagpur, we understand the local scene and what companies are looking for around here. We aren't a huge corporate agency with hundreds of employees. It’s just a few of us trying to make the connections work.
