Tharun & Company

Our business, Tharun & Company, is located at 5-17-29 on Bhudhavarapu Street in Palakollu. It’s a typical street in this town, often busy with people going about their business. We’ve been operating from this same spot for a while now. The building is an old one, with tall ceilings and some cracks in the plaster, but it has a lot of character. We don't spend much on decorations or fancy signs. Most of our focus is just on the daily tasks that keep the company running. There are a few of us who have been here since the beginning. We know each other's habits and how the work flows best. It isn't always smooth; sometimes we argue about where to stack the inventory or who forgot to lock the side gate. But at the end of the day, we get the job finished. We don't follow a strict corporate code. If someone needs a break or has a family thing, we just cover for each other. It’s a very local way of doing things. The neighbors often stop by just to say hello or ask for a bit of help with something. We like being part of the community here in Palakollu. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s a steady one. We just take things as they come and try to keep our heads down and work. It's just what we do to get by.
