Zapak Infotech

Zapak Infotech is located at shop number 200 in the A block of Krishna Market, which is part of Lajpat Nagar 1. We have been here for a while now, and most people in the neighborhood know where to find us. It’s a small shop, but it’s where we do all our tech work. We spend our days fixing laptops and dealing with all sorts of computer problems. Sometimes it's a broken screen, and other times it's just a slow machine that needs some cleaning up. We aren't a big fancy company with a lot of staff. It’s just us working with what we have. Krishna Market is always busy, especially in the evenings when the shoppers are out, so it gets a bit noisy around here. We have a lot of parts and cables tucked away in the back because you never know what someone might need. People just drop by with their devices, and we take a look at them. We try to be as straightforward as possible about what's wrong. If a repair is going to take a few days, we just say so. There’s no point in making promises we can't keep. Most of our tools are a bit old but they still work fine for what we do. We see all kinds of people, from students to shop owners. It’s a busy life, but we like being right here in the middle of Lajpat Nagar. The market can be a bit overwhelming, but our shop is a quiet place to get things fixed up.
