Triedge Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is located in New Delhi, specifically at 403, Prem Sadan, 11, Rajendra Place. Rajendra Place is a pretty well-known business district, so it’s always packed with people and cars. Our office is a typical Delhi workspace. We handle various solutions for businesses, which mostly involves a lot of recruitment and finding the right people for specific roles. We spend hours looking through resumes, talking to candidates on the phone, and meeting with managers to see what they really need. Prem Sadan is an older building, but it’s got a lot of character. We’re on the 4th floor, and you can definitely feel the energy of the city from here. It gets a bit hectic when we have a lot of interviews scheduled in one day. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or corporate slogans on the walls; we just have a lot of paper and people working on laptops. It’s a fast-paced environment because companies usually want their new hires yesterday. We’ve learned to move quickly but we still make mistakes occasionally, like anyone else. We just try to fix them and keep going. The neighborhood has some good food stalls nearby, which is a nice perk for lunch. It’s just a group of us working hard to help people find jobs and help companies grow, one person at a time, every single day.
