Our shop is located in Tilak Nagar, specifically at J 31 in Gangaram Vatika. It is a bit of a lively area with people always moving about and shops squeezed in next to each other. We have been here for a while now, and we have gotten used to the rhythm of the street. Inside, the space is mostly taken up by various gadgets, parts, and tools that we use for our technical work. It can look a bit messy to an outsider because there are wires and components everywhere, but there is a system to it all. We spend our days troubleshooting problems and trying to figure out why things aren't working the way they should. It’s a lot of hands-on work, so our hands usually have a bit of dust or grease on them by lunchtime. The air in the shop usually smells a bit like solder and old electronics, which is just part of the job. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that; you just walk in and we talk across the counter. Sometimes it gets a bit hot in the summer months, but we have a couple of sturdy fans that keep the air moving. We know many of the shop owners around Gangaram Vatika, so there is a bit of a community feel to being here. We just show up, do the work, and try to keep things running for the folks who bring their tech items to us.
