Down on Tanki Road in Murad Nagar, that’s where you’ll find Western Software. It’s a straightforward setup. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles. The office is on a road that sees a lot of local traffic, so there’s always a bit of dust and noise, but we don't mind. We’ve been working out of this location for a while. Most of the guys here grew up not too far away. We aren't some big city firm with a hundred floors. It’s just a ground-level place where we handle software stuff. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generator, which gives us a chance to step outside and talk to the neighbors. Tanki Road is a familiar place for us. We know the shopkeepers and the people who walk by every morning. We don't use a lot of technical jargon when we talk to people. We just explain things as they are. The office inside is practical. We have our computers set up on sturdy desks, and there’s usually a stack of old manuals in the corner that nobody touches. It’s a comfortable place to work. We don't have a human resources department or a PR team. If there’s a problem, we just sit down and talk it through until it’s fixed. That’s how we’ve always done things here in Murad Nagar. It feels honest and simple. No one here is trying to be anything we aren't.
