We’ve been here in Uttam Nagar for a while now. The office is right near Om Complex, in Mahaveer Enclave Part III at C-298. It’s a busy spot with a lot of people moving around. We handle different things day to day and sometimes it gets a bit loud outside with the traffic, but we manage. Nextage India Pvt. Ltd. is just us working through our tasks. People stop by sometimes asking for directions since we're near the complex. We keep things pretty straightforward here. There is no fancy office setup, just basic desks and what we need to get through the work. C-298 is easy enough to find once you're in the right part of the enclave. It’s mostly just a regular group of people doing their jobs. We try to keep organized, though paperwork piles up sometimes on the corner tables. The walk from the main road isn't too bad, though the pavement is a bit uneven in places. We've seen the area change over the years. Shops come and go, but we’re still here at this address. It's not a big corporate building, just a practical space where we spend most of our daylight hours. Usually, someone is here by nine in the morning. We don't really do big meetings or anything like that. Just regular work. If you're looking for us, look for the sign near the stairs. It’s a decent place to work from. We like the local tea stall nearby.
