If you find yourself at the Janakpuri District Center, you’ve probably seen Suneja Tower-2. We are up on the fourth floor in suite 408. It’s a busy part of West Delhi, and there’s always a lot of people moving around the towers for various errands and office jobs. Our clinic is where families from the local area come when they aren't feeling well. It’s a pretty standard setup with a waiting area and consultation rooms. We spend the day talking to patients, writing down histories, and trying to keep the schedule from falling too far behind, which is hard sometimes when a lot of people show up at once. It’s a family-oriented place, so we see everyone from little kids to grandparents. The District Center is convenient because people can get other things done while they are here for a checkup. We don’t have any fancy bells or whistles, just a clean space where people can talk to a doctor about what is bothering them. It gets a bit noisy in the building with all the other offices around, but inside we try to keep it calm for the patients. We’ve been in this Janakpuri spot for a while now and most of the people who come in live just a few blocks away. It’s just us doing our daily rounds, checking blood pressure, and making sure everyone gets seen. It’s a straightforward job and we like being part of the local community here in West Delhi.
