F-10 Pira Garhi Industrial Area is where you will find us. We are right off Rohtak Road, which is basically a permanent construction zone or a traffic jam depending on the day. Univac Group has been operating out of this spot for a long time. The building itself is pretty plain, just a typical industrial unit with high ceilings and not much in the way of air conditioning in the back. We do our work, manage our orders, and try to keep things organized. It’s a lot of logistics and dealing with the heat during the summer months. Most of the staff has been here for years, so we all know each other’s habits by now. It isn’t a corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s more about the crates, the boxes, and making sure the trucks get loaded right. We spend most of our time on the phone or checking the inventory lists. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit around and talk until it comes back on. It’s just how it is in this part of Delhi. We don’t do a lot of fancy talking here. If you come by, you’ll probably see someone drinking tea or arguing about a delivery schedule. It’s a practical place for practical work. We just show up every morning and do what needs doing until it’s time to go home. The neighborhood is mostly other warehouses and small factories, so it gets pretty quiet after dark.
