We operate out of room 208 in the Gupta Arcade Facility Center. It is located on Plot No 14 in Mayapuri Phase 2. As most people know, Mayapuri is a real hub for all kinds of engineering and mechanical work. It is often dusty and noisy outside, but that is just the nature of this area. We have been in this building for several years now. It can be a bit of a maze inside Gupta Arcade if you do not know exactly where you are going. Our office is small and mostly filled up with technical drawings and different tool samples. We do a lot of the engineering planning right here before any of the work goes out to the workshop. It involves a lot of sitting at the computer and then running out to check on specific parts. The lift in the building is sometimes temperamental, so we end up taking the stairs more often than we would like. There is always that smell of machine oil and metal in the air around here. We do not have any big, fancy signs, just our name on the door. It is a practical workspace for people who do practical work. Usually, it is just two or three of us working here at any given time. We try to keep things moving so we do not end up with a huge backlog of orders. It takes a lot of coordination with different vendors to get things right. Sometimes we stay late to finish up a quote.
