Instrumentation Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is based in Rajendra Place, over at Plot No 105 in Padma Tower-I. Rajendra Place is a major hub, so there are always people rushing around and lots of businesses in the same building. Our office is up in the tower, which gives us a bit of a view of the surrounding area. It’s a typical office but lived-in. We deal with instrumentation, so we have a lot of catalogs and technical data lying around. The elevators in the building can be slow, so we often end up chatting with people from other offices while we wait. Our team is small and we’ve worked together for years. We don't really follow a strict corporate protocol; we just focus on getting our tasks done and helping our clients with their technical needs. The atmosphere is generally relaxed, though it can get hectic when deadlines are approaching. We drink a lot of coffee and try to keep things organized despite the constant influx of paperwork. Being in Padma Tower-I is quite convenient because everything we need is nearby, from stationery shops to places to eat. We don't have a big marketing department or a polished public image. We’re just a group of engineers doing our jobs in a busy part of Delhi. It’s a solid, predictable way to spend the work week and it works for us.
