Ujaagar Solutions Private Limited

Our office is based out of Flat No-1284 in Sector B, Pocket I of Vasant Kunj. It is a residential area, so it’s a bit quieter than being in the middle of a commercial market. We like the change of pace here. Ujaagar Solutions Private Limited is basically a small team of us working out of this flat. We’ve turned the rooms into workspaces, and it feels much more comfortable than a cold, corporate office building. There is a kitchen where we make way too much tea and coffee every day. We don't have a human resources department or a marketing team. We just have people who are good at finding solutions to technical problems. Most of our day is spent at our computers, and sometimes we have meetings around the dining table. It’s a very grounded way to run a company. We started this because we wanted to work in an environment that didn't feel like a cage. Vasant Kunj is a nice part of South Delhi, and we appreciate being here. We don't make big promises or use fancy words to describe what we do. We just take the work that comes in, do our best with it, and make sure the bills are paid. It is a simple, honest way to make a living and we’re happy with how things are going. No corporate fluff, just hard work and a decent place to sit and get through the day.
