True Way Technology

You can find us over at Gandhi Market in Modi Nagar. It's a pretty central spot and there’s always something happening right outside the door. True Way Technology is our little operation where we deal with tech stuff every day. The office is tucked away in the market, so it’s surrounded by all sorts of other businesses. We like the energy of the market. It’s not a polished or quiet office, but it feels real to us. We spend a lot of time troubleshooting and looking at code on our screens. Sometimes we take a break and walk through the stalls to get some fresh air. We’ve been in this location for a while now and we know the local area quite well. Our desks are usually covered in notes and old mugs. It’s not about looking fancy for us. We just want to do the work and then go home. We talk to each other across the room instead of sending formal emails. It’s a small team, so we all know exactly what everyone is doing. Being in Gandhi Market means we’re right in the middle of things. We don't have any big slogans or anything like that. We just show up, open the doors, and get to it. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit and talk until it comes back on. It is just how things are here in the market.
