Tp Aircon Refrigeration Company Pvt. Ltd. operates out of Plot No. D-32 in Fateh Nagar. We have two floors here, the first and the second, which helps us keep things somewhat organized. The first floor is where we store the bigger cooling units and the second floor is mostly for the paperwork and some smaller spare parts. The stairs are quite narrow, so it’s always a bit of a challenge when the guys have to move heavy equipment up or down. We aren’t located on a main highway, so you have to look for us a bit, but most people in Fateh Nagar know where Plot D-32 is. It’s a family-style environment here, nothing too formal or stiff. We wear regular clothes and the office light is a bit dim, but it works for what we need. The morning is usually our busiest time because that is when all the service calls come in. We have a couple of old vans that we use to get around the city, though the traffic often makes us run a bit late. We don't spend money on big advertisements because word of mouth from the neighbors has always been enough to keep us going. It’s a lot of manual work and long hours, but we are used to the rhythm of the shop by now.
