If you come down Lane No:-12 in Mahavir Enclave-2, you’ll find us at A-421. This is where we run Korus Engineering Solution Pvt. Ltd. The area is pretty residential around Delhi 110059, so it feels more like a community than a business park. We’ve got our office set up on the ground floor. It’s nothing spectacular, just a place where we can focus on engineering problems. Some days it is very quiet, just the sound of typing and some quiet talk about project specs. Other days, it’s a bit more chaotic when deadlines are looming. We started Korus Engineering Solution Pvt. Ltd. because we wanted to do things our own way without all the red tape you find in huge companies. Engineering is hard enough without adding extra layers of management. At A-421, Lane No:-12, we mostly handle the technical drawings and planning. We spend a lot of time on our computers. The commute for some of us is a bit long, but being in Mahavir Enclave-2 has its perks, like the local markets. We don’t really have a big sales team or anything like that. We just do the work we are given. If a project comes in, we sit down at the table, look at the plans, and figure it out. It’s practical work for practical people.
