You can find us at 174 on the first floor in Block A 2 of Janakpuri. It’s a pretty standard building in a busy neighborhood. Tnj Urban Innovations Llp is the name on our door, though inside it’s just a regular workspace with some desks and a lot of papers. We focus on urban projects and coming up with new ways to handle city living issues. It’s a lot of planning and looking at maps and diagrams. The office isn’t anything special to look at. We have some basic furniture and a printer that jams more often than we’d like. Janakpuri is a good place to be because it’s well-connected, though the traffic on the main road can be a nightmare during the morning. We are just a small team of people who are interested in how cities work. We didn't start this to become some giant firm. We just wanted a place where we could work on these ideas ourselves. There isn't a lot of hierarchy here. We all just pitch in and do what needs to be done. Sometimes we spend the whole day arguing over a plan, and other days it’s completely silent while we all type away. We don't have a polished sales pitch. We just talk to people about their needs and see if our ideas can help. It’s practical work and we try to get it right without making things overly complicated.
