Telesys Software India Private Limited

Telesys Software India Private Limited is based out of Shama Apartments in Dwarka Sector-10. We are in Flat A-2 on Plot 32. It’s a residential building, so it has a different feel than a glass-walled office building. We like it because it’s a bit more personal. Our team works out of the rooms there. It’s a practical setup for what we do. We don't have a big sign or a fancy entrance. You just come in through the main gate of the apartment complex. Inside, it’s mostly just desks and computers. We try to keep things organized, but there are always folders and cables everywhere. Dwarka is a well-planned area, so getting here isn't too bad compared to other parts of Delhi. We spend our mornings drinking tea and going through our tasks for the day. It’s not a high-pressure corporate environment. We just want to get things done and do them right. Sometimes we stay late if a project is dragging on, but mostly we stick to a regular schedule. It’s a quiet place to work, which is good for software stuff. We don't have any big mission statements or fancy posters. It is just a workspace where we put in the effort every day. That’s about all there is to it. We don't see any reason to make things more complicated than they really need to be.
