Vikas Puri is where you will find us, specifically at Kg_1212. Tecnovate Esolutions is the name on the door, and it’s a typical tech setup with rows of monitors and people wearing headsets. It’s in a part of West Delhi that is always bustling with shoppers and traffic. Inside, it’s a bit different. We focus on solving problems for people on the other end of the line. The lighting is a bit bright, and there’s always a hum from the servers in the back room. We don't really have a fancy reception area; you just walk in and see everyone working. Some of us have been here since the start, while others are just learning the ropes. We drink a lot of water and tea to keep our voices going. Lunch is usually a quick affair because there is always a queue of tickets to look at. The street outside is full of life, and sometimes we go out for a walk just to get some fresh air away from the screens. It’s not the most glamorous job, but it pays the bills and the team is decent enough. We handle a lot of technical stuff that would probably bore most people. It’s just what we do. We try to keep the atmosphere light by joking around between calls. It’s a steady rhythm that we’ve all gotten used to over the years here. Sometimes we even stay after work to play games on the computers.
