You can find us at Plot No.- 87 in Ambica Vihar. We're situated quite close to Paschim Vihar, which makes it easy for most people to locate us. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it's a bit quieter than the main industrial zones. We’ve set up our equipment in a modest space here. It’s where we handle all the technical requests that come our way. The workspace is usually covered in tools and parts. We aren't big on keeping things pristine; we care more about whether the machines are running correctly. Most of us here have a background in fixing things, so we spend a lot of time troubleshooting. There isn't a receptionist or anything like that. If you walk in, you’ll probably find one of us hunched over a workbench. We keep our own hours sometimes, staying late if a project is proving to be difficult. It’s a small operation, and we like it that way. We don't have to deal with a lot of red tape. When someone needs help with a part or a repair, they just come talk to us directly. The tea shop around the corner is where we usually take our breaks. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living. We don't use any fancy jargon. If we can fix it, we tell you. If we can't, we tell you that too.
