Synergy

We operate out of House Number 130 in Aradhna Encalve, which is part of Gopal Nagar in the Najafgarh area. It’s a residential house that we’ve used for our business for a while. Being in Najafgarh means we’re a bit away from the main city center of New Delhi, which we actually prefer. It has more of a local community feel to it. Our office is basically just a few rooms in the house where we’ve set up our desks and equipment. We don’t have any big signs or bright flashing lights outside. Most people living around here just know us as the people working in house 130. We do our work quietly and we don’t make much of a fuss about anything. The streets around here can be narrow and sometimes you have to wait for a cow to move out of the way, but that’s just life in this part of town. We don’t have a fancy mission statement or any corporate slogans. We just show up in the morning, do what needs to be done for the day, and then go home. It’s a very grounded and simple way of working. We drink plenty of tea and talk about what’s happening in the news while we handle our daily tasks. It’s a small team, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. Whether it’s answering the door or organizing papers, we just get it done.
