Swasthik Hospital

We are located at 1st No. 14 in Gopal Nagar, which is right off Jail Road and directly opposite Ashok Nagar. This is Swasthik Hospital, and we have been part of this neighborhood for some time now. The building is easy to spot if you are coming from the main road. Inside, it is mostly just functional rooms and hallways. We do not have fancy art on the walls or leather sofas; we just have what is necessary to take care of people who are sick. The days are long here. It starts with the sun coming up and the first shift of nurses checking on everyone in the wards. There is always someone at the front desk to answer questions, though sometimes they are busy filing insurance forms or talking to the pharmacy. We get a lot of walk-ins from the Ashok Nagar side because we are so close. The lighting inside is that bright fluorescent kind you find in most clinics. It can get pretty quiet in the afternoons when visiting hours are over. We try to keep the place tidy, but with so many people coming in and out, there is always cleaning to be done. It is a practical, local hospital where we know many of the faces that walk through the door. We just stay focused on the daily tasks of running a medical facility without any extra frills or complicated systems to get in the way.
