In Max Hospital In Front Office As A Pcc

We are located at Wz-106, Guru Nanak Nagar on Street No-12. This is right near Tilak Nagar in New Delhi. The work we do here is focused on the front office as a PCC for Max Hospital. It is a very busy spot to be in. There are people coming in and out of the street all day long. Our office is small but we make it work. We have our desks set up for handling patient coordination and all the paperwork that comes with it. It can get a bit loud with the traffic from Tilak Nagar nearby. We’ve been at this Guru Nanak Nagar location for some time. The walls have a few charts and schedules on them so we don't forget anything. It isn't a fancy place, just a functional one. We spend most of our time typing out details and talking to people about their requirements. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded inside when multiple people arrive at once. We just ask them to wait a moment while we finish up. We don't have any big corporate mission statements. We just try to get the forms filled out correctly and help people find where they need to go. It’s a lot of manual work and looking at spreadsheets. We just do our best to stay organized in the middle of all the daily activity.
