You can find the Jaypee Group office at 122 Vikas Kunj in the Vikas Puri area of New Delhi. Being in Delhi means everything is always moving fast, and our office is no exception. It’s a residential-style building that we’ve converted for our needs, so it feels a bit more comfortable than those cold glass towers downtown. We handle a lot of the coordination for the group’s projects from here. The 110018 postcode is a busy one, and the noise from the street is just part of the background music for our workday. We spend a lot of time on the phone, often juggling three things at once. The office has that lived-in feel, with plenty of files and maybe a few too many coffee cups on the desks. We aren't here to impress people with fancy décor; we are here to make sure the logistics are handled. Most of the staff has been together for a while, so we work well as a team even when things get stressful. We get people coming in for all sorts of reasons, and we just try to point them in the right direction. It’s a solid, hardworking environment without any of that corporate fluff. Vikas Puri has its own rhythm, and we’ve settled into it quite well over the years. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
