Susanta is located over at E 22 in Kirti Nagar. If you know the area, you know it's a hub for all sorts of small businesses and workshops. We’ve been here in this spot for several years now. It’s not a large place, just enough room for us to manage our daily tasks. We don't have a lot of employees, just a handful of us who know the ropes. Most days involve a lot of manual work and keeping track of our inventory. Kirti Nagar is always busy, so there’s always something going on outside our door. We’ve gotten used to the noise and the constant movement of people. Inside, we try to keep things as organized as possible, though it doesn't always stay that way when we have a lot of orders coming in. We don't spend money on advertising or fancy websites. Most of our work comes from people we’ve known for a long time or others who happen to walk by and see what we’re doing. We’re just a small outfit trying to stay busy and pay the bills. It’s a simple life. We open up early, do what we need to do, and head home when the sun goes down. There’s no big secret to how we operate. We just show up and put in the hours every day at our little spot in Kirti Nagar. It's dusty and noisy sometimes, but it works for us.
