Surya Kiran Hospital

Roshan Mandi in Najafgarh is a place that always has something going on, especially with all the market activity and the people moving about. We are located at 31-34, and Surya Kiran Hospital has been a part of this landscape for quite a while. The area around here is always full of people moving goods or heading to the local shops for their daily needs. It makes for a very lively environment, though it can get quite dusty when the wind picks up in the afternoon. Inside the hospital, we try to keep things as organized as we can, though with so many people coming in, it is a constant job for the staff. The rooms are basic and we don't have any of those modern art paintings on the walls that you see in the big city clinics. We just have the necessary medical equipment and enough beds for the people who need them. The staff is mostly local, and we speak the same way as everyone else in Najafgarh. We don't use big words if we can help it. If someone has a problem, we look at it and see what can be done. It is a straightforward way of working that seems to suit the area. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generator to kick in, which is just part of living here. We don't make a big deal out of it. We just keep going until the sun goes down.
